His family has been in the real estate profession for over 150 years and he has been consistently active as either an investor or developer from a young age. Having lived in Orange County for over 40 years, his background includes operating an institutional equity trading firm. As an institutional Stock Exchange floor trader, he negotiated block trades for 120 brokerage firm clients including Fidelity, Merrill Lynch, JPMorgan, and Raymond James to name a few as well as some of the largest money management firms: American Funds, Janus, CALPERS, Fidelity PIMCO and Trust Company of the West. Receiving his real estate license in 1996, Briant brings a carefully planned, never cookie-cutter approach to each client. Extremely organized and a gifted negotiator, he will not rest until the job is done. Whether helping buyers find their first home or listing multi-million dollar properties, Briant’s reputation has been built on consistently delivering prudent, objective advice and guidance, while maintaining only the utmost level of client service. Meticulous with data and analytics, he also brings his entrepreneurial spirit and unparalleled industry knowledge to ensure his clients are well informed and educated about Orange County’s ever-changing real estate market.
