As an institutional Stock Exchange floor trader, he negotiated block trades for 120 brokerage firm clients including Fidelity, Merrill Lynch, JPMorgan, and Raymond James to name a few as well as some of the largest money management firms: American Funds, Janus, CALPERS, Fidelity PIMCO and Trust Company of the West. Receiving his real estate license in 1996, Briant brings a carefully planned, never cookie-cutter approach to each client.
